— IMPORTANT NOTES
  1. 01The ¥120,000 service fee covers Xino Life (the Chinese-side agency and the management team) for delivery of the full surrogacy journey (¥50,000 deposit + ¥70,000 final balance).
  2. 02Surrogate "salary and care" includes payments to the surrogate herself and to local Thai staff for surrogate recruitment, day-to-day management, and coordination.
  3. 03All hospital-related costs are paid at actual receipts and the prevailing exchange rate. Xino Life takes no markup.
  4. 04The base estimate is for a single, non-sex-selected pregnancy. Sex selection (+¥30,000) and twin pregnancies are billed separately.
  5. 05In the rare event of triplets, medical guidance requires reduction.
  6. 06Travel and accommodation for the client, donor, and newborn are paid by the client. We can arrange this for you, or you can manage it yourself.
