Xino Life was founded in 2024 in Bangkok by senior assisted-reproduction practitioners. We believe one thing: no matter how expensive the service, no client should ever feel lost or alone in the journey.
It started from a refusal
Across years in this industry, our founders saw too many clients who paid handsomely and still felt isolated abroad. Language, culture, the medical system — every link could turn an already fragile journey into something much harder.
In 2024, we decided to build an agency from scratch: a full bilingual personal advisor instead of outsourced translation; transparent invoices instead of vague quotes; a standardized 11-step process instead of case-by-case improvisation.
The name "Xino" combines hope (希) and promise (诺) — the two things we offer every family.
